DESIGN C0NSULTATION

Steel & Stone offers one and two-hour consultations geared towards answering homeowners’ preliminary questions about a prospective project.  We will explain basics such as the necessary first steps and stages of a kitchen or bath remodel, best practices for ensuring a smooth process, and what you, the homeowner, envision for your new space. 

PRODUCT AND MATERIALS SOURCING

Using a professional designer to source and procure some or all of the products and materials you will need for your kitchen or bathroom project can save you hours of labor and stress.  We can assist you by specifying products and materials based on your design plan and identifying local resources for purchasing.   We will prepare a list of Denver area showrooms for inspecting products, check out samples to take home, and consult with product specialists.

Dream it.

Design it.

This is where we come in although we are only part of the equation. The most successful designs are the product of client + designer collaboration. Our process starts with you. Your ideas, your goals, your needs and life style. Then, like a chef, we take all those ingredients and create a “recipe,” aka the concept for your new space.

Build (or remodel) it.

Not everyone loves this part, it’s messy and disruptive especially if your are replacing your kitchen or master bath. But we’ll make the process as streamlined and efficient as possible by planning and sequencing every step in advance, from lining up the contractor, ordering materials, scheduling deliveries to the site, insuring timely inspections, and on through to the final walk through of your brand new space!
